LO Facing Technical Issue in Roadmap/JVC

If LO encounters a technical issue with the JCIM Roadmap or JVC, they MUST submit a support ticket. The ticket will first go to 1st Level Support, where the assigned committee will attempt to resolve the issue directly with the LO.

Area North - Kee Hui Cheng

Area South - Lee Jin King
Area Sarawak - Yvonne Lani Yan
Area Sabah - Kazy Saw Li Li

*If members have any issues regarding the Roadmap or JVC, please ask their Local Secretary or Local President to submit a ticket. Please note that our response time can be up to 7 - 14 business days.

If the issue cannot be resolved at 1st Level, the assigned committee will escalate it to 2nd Level Support via the DT WhatsApp group. Once 2nd Level Support resolves the issue, the assigned committee will update the support ticket accordingly.
